Continuum of Care Registration and Annual Competition Application- AL507
ARCH is the designated Collaborative Applicant for the Alabama Balance of State Continuum of Care.
The Collaborative Applicant is the eligible applicant designated by the Continuum of Care (CoC) to collect and submit the CoC Registration, CoC Consolidated Application (which includes the CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing) and apply for CoC planning funds on behalf of the CoC during the CoC Program Competition.
The CoC Program Registration process allows ARCH as the Collaborative Applicant to inform HUD about the geographic areas we represent. The registration is an annual requirement.
Continuum of Care Competition – The CoC Collaborative Applicant did not submit grants for the FY 2023 competition due to the need to provide administrative updates. However, it is the CoC intent to apply for new grants in the FY 2024 competition. The CoC has executed grants for the FY 2022 Competition and will therefore, have funding to continue to provide services in our 42 counties. There will be no significant community impact. In addition, the CoC through collaborative partnerships have other federal resources and private funding to assist the many individuals and families in our rural communities.
