COVID-19 UPDATE

The need arose and you responded—with heartfelt thanks to you for your ongoing efforts to ensure that amid a national health crisis our state’s most vulnerable citizens were in safe, decent, and affordable housing to help prevent the spread of COVID. We still have much work to do as we continue our efforts to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases among persons or families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance. With your partnership, the dark days of this pandemic will become a little brighter.

The Rural Alabama Landlord Engagement Roundtable (RALER) is an initiative led by ARCH to recruit and support landlord partners to fill their units with a purpose. We serve as the connector of landlords, people in need of homes, rental subsidies and housing support case managers.

Are you a developer, housing management company or landlord in Alabama? Do you have units that are underutilized? Partner with ARCH and let our housing expertise help Bridge the Gap between your housing and the population we serve. TOGETHER!!!!

The RALER meetings reoccur on the last Thursday of the month at 10:00 am.
