ALAMP™ is ARCH’s flagship training model, delivered through ARCH Academy™ — the certificate program we’ve used for years to build case management and Rapid Re-Housing expertise across rural Alabama.
The ALAMP™ certificate program was developed by ARCH to equip organizations across Alabama with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Training is built around real case management and Rapid Re-Housing practice, taught by instructors who have done the work themselves.
ALAMP™ training stands on its own — agencies don’t need to be a CoC member, an ARCH grant subrecipient, or based in a BoS county to request training. It’s core to ARCH’s mission of building a stronger homeless services workforce statewide.
“Field-tested in rural Alabama. Built to scale for organizations statewide.”
Rapid Re-Housing isn’t a side topic for ARCH — it’s what ALAMP™ was built around. Our instructors have spent years administering Rapid Re-Housing programs on the ground in rural Alabama, not just teaching the model from a slide deck. When Alabama agencies bring in outside trainers to cover Rapid Re-Housing and case management, they’re often paying for expertise ARCH already offers, developed specifically for the rural communities they serve — at no cost, through membership. Before looking outside the state, talk to the team that’s mastered it here.
Structured programs that culminate in a certificate of completion for every graduate.
Instructors bring over 50 years of combined case management and Rapid Re-Housing experience.
Training offered both virtually and on-site to fit the needs of agencies statewide.
Grounded in real rural expertise, built to scale for organizations of every size, statewide.
ALAMP™ is delivered through ARCH Academy™, which also offers live webinars, on-demand training, and direct technical assistance.
