AL-507 CoC Lead Agency

Technical Assistance & Guidance

As the HUD-designated Collaborative Applicant and CoC Lead Agency for the Alabama Balance of State Continuum of Care (AL-507), ARCH regularly provides technical assistance and guidance to participating and CoC-funded organizations. This page is a public record of that guidance — documenting ARCH’s ongoing role in training and technical assistance, and giving CoC partners one place to find guidance ARCH has already issued.

About the documents on this page. Each item below is a public version of guidance ARCH has issued. Public versions are written to explain the underlying HUD or ADECA requirement and ARCH’s recommended documentation practice in general terms — they do not name the specific agency, staff member, or client whose situation prompted the guidance.
