Task Groups are where the Balance of State CoC's committee-level work gets done — focused groups of members working on a specific piece of the system. Every meeting is open to CoC members who want to get involved.
The CoC Grant Competition Task Group leads ARCH's annual local competition for HUD CoC Program funding and develops the project monitoring process — including technical assistance for funded agencies — all focused on strengthening the homeless response system across the Balance of State to prevent and end homelessness.
