HUD's Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) NOFO provides competitive capital grants for new PSH construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation — meant to be layered with other funding sources to maximize the housing rural Alabama can bring online. Grant terms run 2–5 years.
